Situated just half a mile from Newport village in the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park, this semi detached cottage with reversed accommodation, makes an ideal retreat for two or three persons. The seaside village of Newport is very attractive and has several pubs, restaurants, craft shops and galleries. Newport beach and various secluded coves are dotted along the coastline waiting to be explored and the Coastal bus service can be caught at the end of the farm lane. Riding stables at the next door farm. At any time of the year this cottage will provide a cosy and welcoming base. Fresh hot bread and cakes are available daily from the owners daughter in law

Accommodation

Entrance into the kitchen and dining room which has a tiled floor and enjoys sea views.

KITCHEN - This area has a range of fitted units incorporating electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven,fridge freezer, automatic washing machine and a Welsh Dresser.

DINING AREA - The dining area has a Farmhouse dining table with chairs.

Two steps lead from the dining area to the bedrooms on the ground floor as this accommodation is reversed.

BEDROOM 1 has an open beamed ceiling and is furnished with a king size bed, pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

BEDROOM 2 has an open beamed ceiling a 3\' bed and chest of drawers.

The beds will be made up with fresh linen and duvets for your arrival. A travel cot and highchair are available.

BATHROOM is also on the groundfloor and has a white suite of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Towels are provided.

UPSTAIRS SITTING ROOM has lovely sea views and an open beamed ceiling, it is furnished with ample comfortable seating, colour TV, DVD, video, HiFi and occasional furniture.

There is full oil fired central heating throughout the property, this and electricity will be charged for according to use. Up to two pets are welcome, but restricted to the kitchen and dining room. There is ample parking adjacent to the cottage. No smoking in the property. There is a garden to the fore of the cottage which enjoys superb sea views over Newport Bay and makes an ideal place to enjoy the superb west coast sunsets. Garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are provided. An internet connection is available for the cottage.
