Enjoying superb sea views over Newport Bay from the front of the property, this newly renovated Cart-house provides an ideal
holiday location. The beaches at Parrog, Cwm yr Eglwys and Pwllgwaelod are just a few minutes away and the coastal path is
easily accessed from this cottage. Newport has a good selection of pubs, village stores, restaurants and a golf club. The
~Walkers Bus~ and regular service bus can be caught at the end of the lane. The larger beach of Traeth Mawr is approximately
2 miles away and has a lovely long stretch of silver sand with rock pools and cliffs. There are riding stables at the next
farm which offer rides over the mountains and to the coast. The owner has made every effort to provide welcoming quality accommodation
at this lovely spot. Fresh hot bread and cakes are available daily from the owners daughter in law. In the low season weeks,
the owner is happy to offer a reduction for small parties - maximum of 2 bedrooms to be used. Please speak to one of our operators

Accommodation
Entrance into spacious open plan kitchen and dining room which has a tiled floor and enjoys superb sea views.
KITCHEN AREA is fitted with a range of units, incorporating an electric hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, automatic washing machine and coffee maker.
DINING AREA - The dining area has a sea view and is furnished with a Welsh dresser, large farmhouse table and 10 chairs.
SITTING ROOM is very spacious and has a tiled floor with rugs, a high open beamed ceiling, exposed stone walls, comfortable
seating for 10, colour TV, video, DVD, HiFi system and items of occasional furniture.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 are downstairs and one upstairs.
BEDROOM 1 has superb sea views, a king size bed, pine wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers, patio doors lead
from the bedroom to the patio area.
BEDROOM 2 has an open beam ceiling and is furnished with a pine king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers.
BEDROOM 3 has open beams, a set of 3\' bunk beds, chest of drawers and pine wardrobe.
BEDROOM 4 is upstairs and has limited headroom, velux windows provide lovely sea views and is furnished with four 3\'
single beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and clothes hanging space.
All the beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. Bath towels are provided. A travel cot
and highchair are provided.
FAMILY BATHROOM is downstairs and has a bath with electric shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
SHOWER ROOM with a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
There is full oil fired central heating throughout the property, this and electricity will be charged for according to
use. Up to two pets are welcome, but restricted to the tiled areas. There is ample parking adjacent to the cottage with more
available nearby. No smoking in the property. There is a garden to the fore of the cottage which enjoys superb sea views over
Newport Bay and is an ideal place to watch the sun set. Garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are provided. An internet
connection is available for the cottage.
