This newly renovated semi-detached cottage offers comfortable character accommodation all year round. The cottage is situated at the foot of Carningli Mountain on a small working farm with the farmer living next door. Newport has a good selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants and village shops, within walking distance. Fresh hot bread and cakes are available daily from the owner~s daughter in law.

KITCHEN/ DINING ROOM, the room retains lots of character with open beamed ceiling, laminated floor and the inglenook snug with armchairs, TV and a multi fuel stove.

KITCHEN AREA - has a tiled floor and fully fitted kitchen units; electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and washing machine.

DINING AREA - has a pine dining table and chairs.

SITTING ROOM - has a sea view and overlooks the lawn and patio, it is furnished with comfortable seating, occasional furniture, colour TV, video, DVD and CD player. Stairs lead from the sitting room to the

MASTER BEDROOM which is galleried and contains a king size pine bed, bedroom furniture and has a superb view of Newport bay. The en-suite

BATHROOM contains a bath with overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin. The other two bedrooms are approached via a staircase from the kitchen.

BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, built in pine wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, open beamed ceiling and a sea view.

BEDROOM 3 has 3\' bunk beds, open beamed ceiling, sea view, Pine wardrobe, dressing table, bedside furniture including a pine shelf over the chimney breast.

SHOWER ROOM - has a large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin, wood floor with rugs, velux window, and towel rail.

All the beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh bed linen for your arrival and bath towels are also provided. A cot and highchair are available. There is full central heating throughout the property as well as the multi fuel stove. Electricity and heating will be charged for according to use, one basket of logs is supplied, and thereafter they can be purchased from the farmer. The lawned garden is accessed via patio doors from the sitting room; a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture are provided. There is ample parking for 2 cars (and boat) adjacent to cottage. Up to two well behaved pets are welcome. An internet connection is available. No smoking in the property.
